Does Deed Guard prevent title fraud?
Monitoring can help identify recorded activity. It cannot block filings, prevent fraud, or guarantee that every suspicious change will be detected. Deed Guard is not title insurance or legal representation.
Can I enroll and pay today?
This is a prelaunch website. The setup form lets you review a plan and enter property details locally. It does not submit an enrollment, charge a card, or begin monitoring.
Are the discounts available now?
The partner network is in development. Offers will be listed after businesses agree to the terms. No discounts are currently redeemable.
Which properties will be supported?
Deed Guard plans to start in Georgia. Record access and check frequency need to be verified county by county before live service is offered.
